FAQs

What class should I start with?

Our Fundamentals classes are a really great place to start your training but any of our regular weekly classes are suitable if you cannot make the fundamentals class.


How old do my kids need to be to start?

We recommend starting children no sooner than the age of 5, we will take students as young as 4 as long as they can pay attention in class and follow the instructors directions.


Do I need to wear a specific gi or no-gi set?

No you can wear any Gi or No-Gi set you want we are not here to control what you wear.


Can I drop in?

Absolutely! We always welcome drop ins and we do not charge a drop in fee, if you want to support the gym come give our folks good rounds and maybe buy a shirt to rep the gym.
